As a Contentious Probate Solicitor in our Guildford office, you'll handle complex and sensitive matters, guiding clients through challenging disputes with professionalism and care. You'll work in a collaborative environment, using systems like Case Manager and contributing to both client success and team development.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing contentious probate cases from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Supervising and coaching junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
* Leading projects or initiatives and supporting business development activities.
* Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring performance against financial targets.
We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in contentious probate or dispute resolution.
* Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively.
* Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
