A leading provider of market rental properties, is seeking a Resident Services Lettings Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of GBP27,000 per year. As an RSLA, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our residents receive an exceptional service, while also contributing to the efficient management and maintenance of our properties.

Previous experience working in organisations providing market rental properties, travel & tourism, or hospitality
Proven track record in leasing and lettings
Awareness of health and safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them effectively
Strong experience working at business/private events would be beneficial
Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in the property or hospitality industry
Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems
