Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee the implementation of Account Based Marketing strategies and campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, digital adoption, and engagement objectives.
* Lead the use of data analytics and customer insights to optimise segmentation and deliver measurable business impact.
* Own reporting and performance tracking for ABM campaigns, providing clear insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Strong people leadership capabilities and behaviours, with experience in people management and coaching strongly desired.
* A data-driven decision-maker who thrives on turning insights into action.
* Proven experience embedding Account Based Marketing and/or highly targeted B2B marketing strategies.
* Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey mapping.
