Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards and adhere to treatment times.
* Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes to ensure the best service.
* Have thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel, advising customers accordingly.
* Maintain cleanliness and operation of equipment, reporting any defects.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
* Attend training courses required for senior therapist grades.
* Collaborate positively with managers and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, and additional requirements, including shift changes.
* Stay updated on product ranges and new treatments.
* Provide professional advice via talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
* Offer ultimate client care for an exceptional, lasting treatment experience.
* Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with targets and seek assistance if needed.
* Recommend suitable home care for guests.
* Mentor junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
* Provide skin consultation appointments with full home care prescription.
Shift Times
* Monday to Sunday (patterns include daily shifts of 10:00 – 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00)
* Weekends worked alternately.
Qualifications
* L3 Qualified in Beauty Therapy.
* Preferably training with Clarins or Elemis.
* Attention to detail and passion to provide unforgettable service.
* Previous 2+ years experience with a luxury brand.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional.
