We are a co‑educational independent boarding school located in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, welcoming students aged between 12 and 18 years. The school has a daily attendance of just under 400 students and teachers. Meals are served as Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper, with high‑end hospitality options and summer lets available. Operating 7 days a week, the staffing pattern is typically 5 out of 7 days.
Supervisor
Location: Perth
Role: Supervisor – responsible for overseeing the hospitality operation and ensuring high food standards and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the hospitality operation.
* Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled.
* Ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
* Support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, and clearing down (Barista skills essential).
Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Hospitality experience required.
* All‑round team player.
* Organised with attention to detail.
Knowledge / Competencies
* Reasonable understanding and use of verbal English.
* Reasonable standard of written English and reading skills.
* Experience in a customer or food preparation environment preferred.
