We are looking for passionate, qualified, and experienced, Reformer Pilates instructors and Pilates instructors looking to embark on a Reformer Pilates training journey.
As a Reformer Pilates instructor at David Lloyd Clubs, you will have creative freedom to create a well-balanced Reformer Pilates workout for small group training, whilst ensuring you incorporate the basic Reformer Pilates principles.
It will come as no surprise that our expectation is that all classes must be safe, well attended and professionally taught and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience.
So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
1. Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor Qualification /or a Reformer certification with a recognised training organisation.
2. Value continued education and mentorship to stay up to date with the latest research and trends.
3. Understands the importance of and always operates a safe class.
4. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate!
5. Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and ability, recognising Every-BODY is different and unique.
6. Good time keeping, Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, professional.
7. Creative keeping classes fresh and alive, bringing elements fun and energy.
