Our client, a globally recognised dental implant manufacturer, is investing in South Wales and looking for a commercially driven Territory Sales Representative to own and grow the region.

The Opportunity Were looking for an ambitious field sales professional to take ownership of the South Wales territory and drive new business across private dental practices and referral centres. Whilst dental sales experience is an advantage, were equally keen to speak with exceptional business development people from other sectors who can demonstrate a proven track record of opening new accounts, building long-term relationships and consistently delivering.
Youll be selling on value, not price — representing innovative, clinically backed products at the top end of the market, where success comes from expertise and relationships rather than discounting.
The Territory Youll own South Wales, covering Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and surrounding areas. You must be based within the region — being local is essential, as success here is built through regular face-to-face contact, territory ownership and relationship development.
The Role This is a field-based territory development role focused on generating new business, growing existing relationships and increasing product adoption across the region. Youll plan your own activity, identify opportunities, build relationships with clinicians and practice teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The sales process is consultative and complex — research and prospecting, rapport building, fact-finding, and closing with decision-makers. It moves as quickly as your influence and product knowledge allow.
This is not a role for someone solely used to managing inherited accounts. We want people who enjoy prospecting, opening doors and building a territory over time. Success requires resilience, consistency, professionalism and the confidence to communicate credibly with healthcare professionals.
What Were Looking For
* Based within South Wales (essential)
* A proven track record in field-based business development or territory sales
* Strong new-business acquisition skills and a genuine hunter mentality
* A stable, progressive career history showing consistent success
* Experience selling into healthcare, dental, medical, technical or professional environments (advantageous; dental implant experience highly desirable but not essential)
* Confident building relationships with business owners, clinicians and decision-makers
* Commercially astute, self-motivated, resilient and highly organised
* Looking to build a long-term career within a professional sales environment
