Responsibilities
* Conduct outside sales visits and presentations to potential customers and dealership
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Negotiate and close deals
* Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
* Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient
* Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets
* Provide sales support by attending trade shows and events
* Ensure customer has a positive experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry
* General Commercial Van/Fleet/Sprinter knowledge preferred
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
* Working knowledge of shop equipment
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Good work ethic and self-motivated
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
