Our offer
* Salary: £26,442 pa pro rata- £13.56 per hour
* Paid travel time and mileage paid at 45p per mile
* Salaried positions, 5 week's holiday plus bank holidays, company pension & sick pay
* 16 to 37. 5 hours' position- Flexibility is a must

The job role is a combination of office based tasks including carrying out assessments of new packages of care / reviews, the management of a small team of staff including supervisions/ spot checks/ competency assessments, client calls as needed, Office/ Home working and taking part in the on call rota.
Must haves
* Able to work flexibly within the service hours- 7am till 10pm as required for community cover as needed
* Able to provide short notice cover on working days to cover sickness/ absence
* Able to take part in the on call rota- 1 week in 4
* Able to work alternate weekends
* Able to provide personal care support
* Have a good understanding of care
* At least 1 year's experience of working in the care sector
* Ability to encourage and maintain good working relationships with service users and staff team
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Full unrestricted access to a vehicle
* Good IT skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* Be able to work from the Castleford office as well as from home/ in the community
