Class 1 Driver - Days
Location: Hull
Start times: Between 4am & 6am.
Pay Rate: £16.40

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.
Candidates with significant Class 1 experience are encouraged to apply. However, those with a few months of solid Class 1 driving experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely drive modern curtain-sided vehicles across the UK.
2. Deliver timber to builders' merchants, with an average of 4-6 drops per day (sometimes as few as 1-2).
3. Ensure goods are securely strapped before journeys.
4. Operate in compliance with FORS Gold level safety standards.

5. Competitive Pay: £18.00 per hour after 8 hours.

Requirements:
9. Valid LGV C+E Licence.
10. Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card.
11. Maximum of 6 points on your licence.
12. No DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
13. All drivers must pass an on-site assessment.
