* Employed package £35,000 basic OTE £75-80k

What are we looking for?
* A highly motivated mortgage and protection adviser, with at least 2 years of experience, self build experience would be an advantage
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products with a proven track record in selling strong protection revenue
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills and experience
* CeMAP or equivalent qualification (must have)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser
* A good track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Ability to work from home in a productive manner
