Aka Recruitment\n\nare currently working with a family run business to bring you this HR Advisor role. This is a fantastic, varied position working closely with the HR Director on all things employee related. This is a FTC covering 6-12 months, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Travel might be involved due to supporting different branch managers.
Hourly rate for this role is starting at £14.50 per hour but can be negotiable depending on experience. \n \n Job Duties Include:\n\nMaintaining employee records and files\n\nProviding HR-related information and assistance to employees\n\nCoordinating and scheduling training and development programs\n\nAdministering employee benefits programs\n\nHandling employee relations issues\n\nCompiling and preparing HR reports\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in the HR Admin/Advisor level\n\nKnowledge of internal/External HR Systems\n\nFull clean licence and car\n\nHigh Attention to detail\n\nCIPD Qualifications are advantageous but not essential\n\nWorking within a busy automotive business, you will be a supportive member of the HR team helping with employee relation duties as well as supporting branch managers on any other issues. Those with strong admin experience may also be considered for the role again depending on attention to detail and experience.
