Recruitment Consultant – White Collar Construction
Location: Trafford Park (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission
The Role
We are looking to bring an experienced Recruitment Consultant into our growing team, specialising in the white-collar construction market.
This is a 360 recruitment role, so you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact through to placement.
You’ll be working within a fast-paced, specialist market, building relationships with contractors, consultancies, and developers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow your own client base within the white collar construction sector
Proactively win new business through BD, calls, and client meetings
Manage the full recruitment process from job qualification to placement
Source and engage high-quality candidates across roles such as:
Project Managers
Site Managers
Quantity Surveyors
Design professionals
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Manage multiple vacancies and deliver against client requirements
Negotiate offers and manage the placement process
Requirements
Proven experience in white collar construction recruitment
Strong business development capability (this is essential)
Experience working in a 360 recruitment role
Confident building relationships and winning new clients
Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
Strong communication and organisational skills
