Role Description
The role is located in Berkswell, but some work from home is acceptable. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing Environmental Services Contracts, managing relationships with clients, coordinating repairs and maintenance services, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and monitoring the performance and progress of contracted services. You will be reporting to our Environmental Manager.
Salary
Salary £35,000.00 to £38,000.00 depending on experience.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing Grounds Maintenance and Vegetation Management contracts and client relationships
* Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
* Ability to monitor and assess performance and progress of services
* Proficiency in using relevant software and tools related to facilities management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
