A top-tier international law firm is seeking a US-qualified Capital Markets Associate to join its highly regarded team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border capital markets transactions for leading global corporates, investment banks, and financial institutions.
Responsibilties:
You will advise on a broad range of capital markets matters, including:
* High-yield and investment-grade debt issuances
* Equity and equity-linked transactions
* IPOs and follow-on offerings
* SEC-registered transactions and ongoing reporting obligations
* The team regularly works on complex international deals, collaborating with lawyers across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
* US-qualified lawyer (NY Bar preferred)
* Approximately 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in capital markets from a leading US or international law firm
* Strong experience advising on US securities law matters
* Excellent academic credentials
* Experience working on cross-border transactions is highly desirable
