About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead the implementation of the CIPHR system, including HR and payroll modules. The role will span from pre-contract preparation through to go-live, supporting the organisation at every stage. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth implementation aligned with organisational goals.
Duties will include:
* Reviewing system specifications and vendor responses to identify risks and gaps
* Supporting the formation of a robust project plan with clear milestones and deliverables
* Collaborating with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT) and the software vendor
* Overseeing data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities
* Supporting system integration with existing payroll and pupil records systems
* Documenting key decisions and ensuring process transparency
* Conducting process reviews and identifying workflow automation opportunities
* Coordinating user acceptance testing and training roll-out plans
* Equipping internal teams to train end-users effectively
About the Successful Applicant:
You will bring proven experience of delivering HRIS implementations, ideally involving CIPHR or similar platforms. Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a practical understanding of data migration, process mapping, and user training are essential.
