1. Midlands and Northwest/Northeast
2. Bristol, Southwest, Wales, and Ireland
Ideally, candidates should have an innovative and motivational technical sales background within a manufacturing and supply business. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, and driven, playing a pivotal role in expanding our clients' customer base and driving sales growth. This position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leveraging market expertise to meet our strategic ambitions.
Compensation:
* OTE: £80,000 (including commission and car)
* Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + car allowance
* Bonus/Commission: £8,000 - £10,000 (uncapped, if targets are met)
* Additional benefits: Generous car, pension, health schemes
Key Responsibilities
Sales Intake
* Travel across your region to generate sales exceeding targets.
* Build a long-term pipeline of projects and opportunities.
* Self-generate new business and projects.
* Lead sales initiatives and develop growth strategies based on customer needs and market insights.
* Create and manage forecasts weekly, monthly, and annually.
* Support marketing with input for campaigns and collateral.
* Attend customer visits and exhibitions.
Technical Skills
* Develop and expand technical knowledge of products and services.
* Build sector knowledge and professional networks.
* Maintain proficiency in CRM systems.
* Seek continuous improvement in company procedures and standards.
Commercial Skills
* Maximize ROI and profitability, responsibly managing quotes.
* Develop and present commercial offerings for sales growth.
* Collaborate with product teams for viable solutions.
* Promote a customer-centric approach within the company.
