Job Description As a Training Instructor, this role will work closely with our operational business and the Warehouse Training Partners to enable the successful completion of all training plans. You’ll support Training Partners with the on-boarding process - welcoming new colleagues to the business; ensuring an excellent training experience which supports colleagues in their understanding of key safety, quality and productivity indicators and expectations.
