Maintenance Supervisor – City of London – Landmark Commercial Building – £55,000 – £58,000 per annum
A leading name in the FM and Building Services industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee one of their flagship contracts in the heart of the City of London.
This company is renowned for delivering first-class technical maintenance and engineering support across blue chip and critical environments. The site is a modern, high-specification commercial office, requiring an individual who understands the exacting standards needed to keep it operating at peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing maintenance within a high-profile commercial site, bringing strong electrical expertise alongside a proven track record in the building services sector. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Organise and oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Lead a team of four multi-skilled engineers.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, with all documentation completed to the highest standard.
Maintain plant rooms to exceptional cleanliness and operational readiness.
Ensure reactive tasks are carried out in line with contractual obligations.
Oversee and deliver minor improvement works.
Attend regular client meetings and provide updates on performance.
Manage and coordinate contractors on site.Package:
£55,000 – £57,000 per annum

Pension schemeCandidate requirements:
Fully qualified to a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HND, C&G or equivalent).
Proven experience supervising operations within a high-end commercial building.
Strong financial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
Solid understanding of both planned and reactive maintenance processes.
