Excellent opportunity for Engagement Delivery Lead to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice(CIS). Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services. The individual will be responsible for all CIS services being delivered to one of our largest customers in the UK – which includes overall responsibility for the Cloud Infrastructure, Non Production environments and the Database services as a part of the contract Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Responsible for management of transition & transformation and IT best practice implementations Management of service delivery levels, SLAs and contractual service targets Accountable for service delivery and cross-functional collaboration across all towers Accountable for Financial Management of operations, Revenue, CP for CIS services Responsible for BAU related project streams and cost management Mentoring managers & team members from Cognizant to ensure that they are delivering a professional, high quality, high value & responsive service experience to the client Responsible for interacting with Customer Stakeholders (CIO, VP and Director levels) and maintaining a good relationship ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for interacting closely with account management/vertical team to ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for interacting closely internal stakeholders and client to ensure proper alignment to business objectives Responsible for establishing robust governance to ensure compliance Responsible for identifying and initiating Continual service improvement and transformation plans Responsible for optimum resource planning and management Participated in business development activities like RFPs/Bids (solution validation and deliverability assessment) customer walkthroughs etc. Responsible for managing a team both at the onshore and offshore locations Key Skills and Experience : Excellent communication skills Excellent relationship skills to be able to liase at a CXO level (both internally and with the customer) Have the ability to manage offshore and onsite/onshore effectively and keeping attrition in check Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Ability to manage Third party suppliers effectively At Cognizant you will experience an exciting mix of innovation by design, creativity, collaboration, and efficiency within a framework of stimulating objectives and a passion for delivering the best to our customers.
