This is a hands-on, people-focused position where youll help drive plant performance, champion safety, support financial controls, and develop the team around you. What Youll Be Doing Supporting the Plant Manager with the smooth running of site operations and improvement plans Promoting and embedding a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture leading by example and challenging unsafe behaviours Delivering and participating in Interactive Safety Tours, investigations and root cause analysis Maintaining and improving plant maintenance schemes to maximise availability and reliability Engaging with customers, visitors and local authorities professionally, including leading site tours Driving quality standards and supporting compliance with company quality plans and external audits Supporting financial administration including cycle counts, GRNs, open order reports and month-end processes Assisting with CapEx planning, budget awareness and interpretation of monthly financial performance Ensuring the team has the right training, competence and authorisation to perform duties safely Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and site performance targets Working flexibly as part of a 24/7 operational environment when required What Youll Bring A proactive leadership mindset with strong communication and organisational skills, the confidence to engage with teams and stakeholders at all levels, and a genuine commitment to safety and operational excellence.
