The Employment Relations Lead is the college's principal operational expert on employee relations casework. The postholder will personally manage and directly support the most complex and sensitive cases across absence, probation, disciplinary, grievance, capability and mediation, working closely with managers and members of the College Management Team to deliver fair, lawful and consistent outcomes.
The postholder will also provide oversight of all employee relations activity across the People and Culture team, ensuring quality, consistency and timeliness, and will lead on the development, review and consultation of the college's HR policies. They will act as a trusted source of advice and guidance for managers, and as a point of escalation for the People and Culture Business Partnering team.
