This locum role offers full clinical autonomy managing complex reconstructive urology cases and advanced neuromodulation procedures, supported by world-class facilities and academic resources. Responsibilities:
* Manage complex reconstructive urology cases (urethral strictures, fistulae, incontinence)
* PerformSacral Neuromodulation procedureswith full autonomy (test phase through permanent implantation)
* Lead specialist outpatient clinics and multi-disciplinary team meetings
* Deliver care within a structured10 PA Consultant job plan
* Undertake non-emergency duties during premium time sessions
Requirements:
* GMC registration with activeLicence to Practise
* On theGMC Specialist Registerin Urology
* Proven expertise in reconstructive urology and neuromodulation
* Excellent communication and MDT collaboration skills
