About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales & Customer Success Executive to support the full commercial journey—from first contact to long-term client success. This is a hybrid role combining sales coordination, customer onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.

You’ll work closely with the Strategic Business Director in the UK and collaborate with our delivery and support teams in India to ensure a smooth experience for every customer. If you’re proactive, organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging with clients, this role offers huge potential to grow with the business.


What You’ll Do

* Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads
* Book demos and support sales presentations
* Coordinate proposals, agreements, and pipeline movement via HubSpot
* Work closely with leadership to move opportunities to closure
* Capture customer requirements and coordinate smooth handovers to delivery teams
* Liaise with PMs/BAs to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Monitor onboarding milestones and follow up proactively
* Act as a key point of contact during and after onboarding
* Maintain strong customer relationships and track adoption
* Identify upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities
* Support client engagement and satisfaction follow-up
* Keep HubSpot updated and accurate
* Prepare decks, quotes, info-packs, and supporting documents
* Generate reports and insights for management
* Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and finance teams as required


What You’ll Bring (Required)

* 2+ years in sales coordination, customer success, account support, or SaaS environment
* Strong communication skills (verbal + written), confident with customers
* Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot ideal, others fine)
* Excellent organisation, follow-up and multi-tasking ability
* Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude
* Comfortable working with international teams


Bonus / Preferred

* Experience in software, digital platforms or B2B solutions
* Exposure to Lean, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
* Familiarity with proposals, contracts or onboarding processes
