Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight
Pay: £12.30 - Rising April 1st
About the Role
our client in Cowes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join their production teams. This role is essential in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products are prepared and assembled to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
o Picking and kitting components accurately in line with production schedules
o Assembling products following detailed work instructions and quality standards
o Conducting basic quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance
o Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
o Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
o Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet targets
Skills & Experience
o Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy
o Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
o Ability to follow instructions and work independently
o Positive attitude and strong work ethic
o Basic IT skills are an advantage
