Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Birmingham & Greater Midlands
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out
The Role
We're working with a well-established and busy company seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Birmingham and the surrounding Midlands areas. This is a varied role involving installation, service, maintenance, and fault‑finding across both commercial and residential sites.
Key Duties
* Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs
* Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Working on split, multi‑split, and VRV/VRF systems
* Completing service reports and associated documentation
* Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety regulations
About You
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
* F‑Gas Category 1 (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
* Strong electrical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work independently and represent the company professionally on‑site
