Sales Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales invoices and credit notes promptly and accurately
2. Ensure invoice details are accurate and maintain up-to-date customer master data
3. Applying the correct output VAT to sales invoices and credit notes in line with HMRC regulations
4. Answering customer and academy queries and ad-hoc requests
5. Sending statements of account or copy invoices where requested
6. Maintain a clear audit trail and keep financial documents secure
