Job Title: Telesales/Lead Generator - £25k base OTE £50k

Location: Sandwich, Kent

About our client

They are a leading umbrella services company providing comprehensive payroll and administrative support to contractors and freelancers. Their mission is to simplify the complexities of employment and ensure our clients can focus on their core activities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make high-volume fact-finding outbound calls to contractors.
2. Interest Assessment: Determine if contractors are interested in switching to umbrella services for better financial management and benefits or to hear more about LTD company options.
3. Role Exploration: Inquire if contractors are open to new job opportunities and gather relevant information.
4. Email Outreach Campaigns: Create and manage email outreach campaigns to engage contractors, assess their needs, and generate leads.
5. Lead Management: Record and pass on qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
6. Data Entry: Accurately input and update contractor information in the CRM system.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from contractors to help improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

Education: GCSEs or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are a plus.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
4. Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.

Experience: Previous experience in a telemarketing, lead generation, or customer service role is desirable.
