My Client, a leading National Housebuilder, are looking for an Assistant Site Manager on a 6 month contract starting ASAP in Ramsgate.
You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
You will be expected to support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme. In particular you will be managing the plots from 2nd fix to CML and will need to be familiar with NHBC expectations and regulations.
You must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
