Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Up to £115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

A friendly and nurturing school in Doncaster is seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide valuable classroom support to ensure lessons run smoothly and effectively.
* Work closely with pupils in small groups or one-to-one to boost learning and confidence.
* Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a respectful learning environment.
* Assist with lesson preparation, resources, and differentiated materials.
* Promote an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.
* Monitor and record pupil progress in collaboration with the teacher and SENCO.
* Play a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
Requirements:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience supporting children in school setting.
* A caring, flexible, and proactive approach to classroom support.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to inclusive education.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
