Compliance Officer Location: Great Dunmow, Essex Salary: Competitive, based on experience Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Alloy Fabweld is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our compliance processes, ensuring our operations meet internal standards and external regulations. You’ll work closely with our Technical and Pre-Construction teams, managing documentation, coordinating communication, and helping us deliver landmark architectural metalwork projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage company-wide compliance documentation and systems * Ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met across projects * Maintain site-specific documentation logs and records * Track and report on compliance status and document progress * Support Technical and Pre-Construction teams with document control and coordination * Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including online portals * Perform general administrative duties and support internal communication What We’re Looking For You’ll have experience in compliance, document control, or technical administration, ideally within construction or manufacturing but we’re open to backgrounds that show strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination. Formal qualifications in compliance or construction administration are beneficial but not essential, we’re happy to support training and development for the right person. Why Join Us?
