Loyalty Hub Executive Job summary: As a Customer Loyalty Executive based at our award winning Customer Service Centre in Chesterfield, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our vast existing customer base and converting those contacts into appointments for our teams on site. Selling incremental products to maximise both Service and Sales profitability, you will gain and maintain accurate information for future prospecting opportunities. Key Responsibilities will include: Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public, putting yourself in the customers’ shoes in order to deliver the highest level of customer experience. Making professional outbound calls to existing and potential service customers and convert them into firm bookings, along with selling incremental products to maximise both Service and Sales profitability. Where applicable, handling inbound customer enquiries by telephone and successfully convert these into bookings. Collecting accurate contact information and follow up details from each customer and accurately recording them within our database. Accurately record customer and vehicle information ensuring the data is up to date in order that customers can be prospected to secure repeat and incremental business. Ensuring all brand standards are adhered to at all times. Qualifications: Highly competitive salary dependent on experience. Proven experience in either a telesales or contact centre environment is desirable. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers. A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel. A tenacious approach with the ability, drive, energy and the motivation to be successful!
