As a Sales Administrator, you will be at the heart of the operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your role will involve managing compliance, EPC, and money laundering procedures, ensuring all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Compile accurate property details and design eye-catching window cards.
* Upload and manage property listings across all portals.
* Organise marketing material, update the website, and schedule engaging social media posts.
* Pull together sales reports, stats, and pipeline updates.
* Take minutes in team meetings and circulate actions.
* Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and keep compliance records tight.
* Provide admin support to the sales team, including early-stage sales progression.
* Assist with marketing campaigns (Spectre experience is a bonus).
* Cover occasionally at our client’s other office.
* Work the occasional Saturday (with a day off in lieu).
About You
* Previous admin experience in estate agency is essential.
* Confident using property software (Streets, Reapit, Jupix, Alto, or similar).
* Strong IT skills especially Word, Excel, portals, and social media platforms.
* Organised
* Professional, friendly communicator who can build good relationships with clients, colleagues, and solicitors.
* Proactive and resourceful
* Must hold a full UK driving licence (occasional office cover/travel required).
