As Head Chef, you will report to the Operations Manager of an evolving and ambitious venture looking to grow throughout the Cotswolds, neighbouring counties, and London.
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and enthusiastic Head Chef with high standards and a passion for great food and people to join our pub. You will lead the kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high food quality.
You will collaborate with the General Manager in organizing, growing, and managing the daily kitchen operations. You will have input into the menu and specials, working with top suppliers in a well-equipped kitchen, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement the menu, contribute dishes, and maintain standards
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and producers
* Supervise stock control and procedures
* Manage daily kitchen operations and team training
* Foster a culture of camaraderie and respect among team members
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
* Maintain and safely operate all kitchen equipment
* Deliver consistent service in a clean, professional environment
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
* Proficiency in English
* Previous experience as Sous Chef or higher
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Certificates (minimum Level 2)
