Salary – £44,000 - £48,000 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + 1 week study leave + Wellbeing day + Bank Holidays excluded

Your role –
Full time or part-time Clinical Pharmacist role
Minimum requirement – 30 hours per week
Work as a vital member of the Pharmacy team, work autonomously and as part of the team
Telephone appointments to begin with
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
No CPPE Pathway or Independent prescribing required – but will have continuous support from the practice in pursuit of both
