Talent Acquisition Specialist @ CGI | Recruitment Strategy

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Design, enhance and support secure DevOps workflows that streamline delivery across on‑premise environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, develop automation frameworks and contribute directly to backend scripting and tooling that improve speed, reliability and operational performance.
• Work within Agile teams, take ownership of continuous improvement and collaborate closely with engineers to evolve systems that underpin mission‑critical programmes.
• Apply creativity to automation, containerisation and orchestration while ensuring monitoring, resilience and secure configuration across Linux‑based platforms.
• Help shape scalable services that meet demanding performance and security needs.
Key responsibilities
* Build & Enhance: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for on‑premise environments.
* Develop & Automate: Contribute to backend development and scripting using Java, Python, C#, Bash or PowerShell.
* Provision & Configure: Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation and related tooling.
* Containerise & Orchestrate: Deploy and operate Docker and Kubernetes workloads for scalable services.
* Monitor & Resolve: Manage system health, troubleshoot issues and support secure PKI practices.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
You should have:
* Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, PowerShell or Bash for development and scripting.
* Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and configuration management.
* Hands‑on experience with Ansible, Terraform and automation frameworks.
* Practical experience with Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and container management.
* Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git or Bitbucket.
* Familiarity with PKI and secure enterprise environments.
