Permanent Practice Nurse Northampton £35 000 p a in Northamptonshire
Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Northampton who are currently looking for a Full‑time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The position is permanent full‑time and duties are as follows:
* You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.
Requirements:
* Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
* The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
* Child and adult immunisations
* Cervical Cytology
* Diabetes, Asthma and COPD monitoring
* Family planning
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
* Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations
Salary: £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
