Our experts provide quantitative research using engaging new digital tools and harnessing AI, as well as advanced modelling and forecasting techniques. Our job is to be bold and creative; using our imagination and the data to inspire clients by bringing life to the world in which their brands operate to help them develop unique & relevant products.
The Role
As a Graduate Research Executive, you will be working with data to create actionable insight led findings and storytelling the opportunities that exist. Understanding how research influences our clients, their commercial imperatives and organisational challenges. Working on relatable brands, products and services that have an impact on your everyday life.
Supported by your manager & team, you will:
* Develop your research knowledge and methodologies including use of Generative AI.
* Develop skills covering all aspects of new product development and consumer marketing.
* Be part of a team designing and delivering research projects from inception to delivery.
* Checking data files and tables, to analysing open ended response to frame rich consumer insights.
* The opportunity to work in different teams across a variety of clients and sectors for broad exposure.
* Quality check key deliverables, ensuring they are delivered accurately and to the highest standards.
* Prepare, plan, prioritise and communicate effectively to ensure deliverables are sent to schedule.

Application process: Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with a talent partner. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on 12 November.
