You’ll be an Avon's Junior‑to‑Middleweight Copywriter, tasked with maintaining brand voice and crafting engaging copy across product pages, CRM, and integrated campaigns to connect with consumers worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining brand tone of voice across global and local markets.
* Writing engaging product copy, especially for e-commerce product detail pages.
* Supporting innovation teams with product naming, concept development, and positioning.
* Creating copy for CRM communications and marketing campaigns.
* Working on fast‑paced, ad‑hoc projects across multiple categories including beauty, fashion, and home.
* Using AI tools to enhance content creation and editing processes.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, consumer‑focused messaging.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
* Strong ability to develop and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice.
* Excellent writing and storytelling skills across short‑ and long‑form content.
* Ability to translate marketing briefs into clear, compelling creative outputs.
* Understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel content strategies.
* Confidence presenting ideas and contributing to creative discussions.
* Experience in product storytelling, naming, and claims writing.
* Strong command of English and attention to detail.
* Interest or experience in the beauty industry.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
