Data Management – Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant

Following recent growth and acquisitions, we are expanding our data services portfolio and recruiting a Senior Data Migration Consultant.
This role involves leading or participating in Data Migration Projects, working with pre-sales and delivery teams, and consulting clients on data management, tools, and processes.
The position is hybrid, based from home with visits to offices and client sites as needed.
Objectives include:
* Managing data migration engagements across the full ETL process, from assessment to post-GoLive support.
* Becoming a Natuvion DCS technology champion through training.
* Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
* Supporting capability development and providing feedback on proprietary tools.
Experience & Background:
* Experience with SAP data migration tools (Migration Cockpit, Data Services, LSMW, etc.).
* Experience with selective data transition tools (desirable).
* Proficiency in ABAP for data routines.
* Knowledge of data archiving and MDG tools (beneficial).
* Experience with non-SAP data models (beneficial).
* Experience in pre-sales and RFP responses (beneficial).
* Team building and coaching experience.
* Experience working with third-party data management software and global teams.
* Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in SAP ERP transformations.
* Understanding of SAP activate methodology is a plus.
