Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing West London NHS Trust, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for an Estates & Compliance Manager this role will be: UB2 4SD

The right candidate will:

Responsible for the management of systems and compliance associated with the maintenance of assets across all London Sites.

To provide management and assurance on all aspects of compliance within the Estates Department to ensure that Patient, Staff and Visitor environments are safe, secure and compliant with all statutory and mandatory legislation, and Department of Health guidance. To carry out these duties to ensure that the Estate is run in a way that optimises efficiency, effectiveness and patient experience

The Systems and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of Estates' statutory compliance across all London sites are robust, suitable, and sufficient. To produce compliance status reports & generate and manage action plans to achieve and maintain compliance.

* To manage all aspects of Estates compliance reporting in accordance with Trust Statutory Regulations, DHSC requirements, and all national specifications for estates services.

* To lead, implement and continually review an effective and efficient document management system for all Estates maintenance-related services.

* To develop, implement and manage an Estates Maintenance procedure for the sourcing and storing of building services and operational compliance-related documentations.

* Manage and maintain the Estates maintenance department's computerised maintenance systems, CAD drawings and ensure they are used effectively and data is kept up to date.

* Develop processes, procedures and ensure successful implementation and management of Trust-wide applications and systems.

* Assist with handover of Operational capital projects by ensuring relevant O&M manuals are in place and appropriately uploaded onto the estates department computerised maintenance systems.

We require the following:

* Extensive experience working within the field of Estates Services.

* Experience in financial, budgetary and resource management.

* Significant knowledge of Building Services compliance.
