2. Develop and implement a forward-thinking employee experience strategy aligned with our mission and environmental responsibility.
3. Design initiatives to boost employee wellbeing, engagement, and internal communications.
4. Collaborate with leadership and Employee Voice groups to embed a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
5. Use employee insights and data to shape policies and measure the impact of experience-focused programmes.
6. Drive the company-wide Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) agenda.
About You
We are keen to hear from applicants who have:
7. Proven experience in employee experience, organisational development, culture change, and DEIB.
8. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
9. Expertise in data-driven strategy, employee wellbeing, and internal communications.
10. Passion for creating inclusive, people-first environments where everyone can thrive.
