We are seeking a Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician capable of fault-finding hardware and software applications and performing break-fix hardware repairs. Excellent client-facing skills are essential for this role, which involves supporting a range of technical services and hardware for the Retail and Hospitality Industry.

Warrington & surrounding area.
Duties
* Conduct daily visits to client locations for break-fix, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of EPoS equipment, chip and pin devices, tablets, digital menu boards, media screens, kitchen management systems, routers, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
* Travel to client sites to provide on-site equipment swap-outs, minimizing downtime.
* Set up Wi-Fi devices and troubleshoot data network cables on-site.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical hardware or software issues, escalating when necessary.
* Document troubleshooting steps and actions, ensuring client sign-off before task completion.
Experience and Training
Experience in installing, supporting, and troubleshooting electronic devices is preferred. Prior experience in IT Technical Support, Electronic Equipment Installation, or similar environments is desirable. Additional EPoS training will be provided.
Requirements
* Full UK Manual Driver’s License.
* Willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays.
Salary and Hours
£27,057 per annum (including On-Call Supplement). Full-Time, Permanent role with 13-hour shifts on a 3 days on / 3 days off rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
