Job Description: Car Parking Attendant at JLL
Join JLL as a Car Parking Attendant and play a vital role in ensuring smooth parking operations and delivering excellent customer service across our Rolls-Royce contract at Raynesway, Derby. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing vehicle flow and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control vehicle access to parking facilities.
2. Issue permits and collect fees as applicable.
3. Assist with directions and parking guidance.
4. Maintain security and safety within the parking area.
5. Conduct regular patrols and report issues.
6. Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
7. Ensure compliance with parking regulations and handle violations appropriately.
8. Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
9. Assist with basic maintenance and cleanliness of parking areas.
10. Coordinate with property management on operational issues.
11. Work independently or as part of a team as required.
Minimum Requirements:
* Valid UK driving license preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to parking.

* Experience in parking operations or customer service roles in the UK.
