We are currently seeking an exceptional Analyst to join our Birmingham Talent team within Human Capital Management (HCM) to focus on diversity and inclusion.

The Talent team is the leading voice and advisor to the firm on achieving excellent performance through data, accountability, culture, and brand. We help evolve the firms talent and diversity strategies by fostering an inclusive environment that values different perspectives and maximizes potential.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As a member and leader of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in delivering global diversity and inclusion initiatives, working with a broad range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Talent, including employee demographics, hiring and promotion trends, and employee engagement survey results
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
* Deliver innovative Talent strategies and execute D&I initiatives in partnership with others, ensuring timely delivery
* Strengthen our external brand to attract and retain top talent
* Drive engagement, accountability, and transparency in program delivery and communications, working closely with employee inclusion networks
* Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, priorities, and communicate impact
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING FOR
* Bachelors/Masters degree with about 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client needs
* Excellent presentation skills, capable of distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Excellent project management skills and ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines
* Interest and experience in diversity and inclusion, talent management, or related fields
* Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects involving various stakeholders
* Ability to drive consensus and influence others
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage confidential information with sound judgment and risk management through escalation
