Reporting into our head office marketing team, Regional Merchandisers for Swansway will support the marketing of our vehicles across our dealerships when our Digital Merchandiser team are on annual leave or stock volumes increase.
You will work closely with the local Sales Managers and Head Office Marketing to promote vehicles digitally and help the dealerships achieve their sales targets.
The role is hands-on, involving active support at multiple dealerships.
• Predominantly covering our Cheshire and Stoke-on-Trent locations, you'll regularly move between sites, merchandising vehicles and ensuring a quick turnaround from stock arrival to online advertisement.
• Photographing stock, creating walk-around videos, and optimising content.
• Writing engaging online sales descriptions with attention-grabbing language.
• Sharing operational best practices across regional teams.
• Holding a full UK driving licence and confidently moving vehicles around the dealership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Willingness to learn; full training provided.
• A basic knowledge of cars and passion for the automotive industry is beneficial.
