You will be working as part of the customer support team, dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and email, and providing an efficient and professional service for our customers, ensuring that we deliver an excellent experience, every time. To be successful in this role you will need to: Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal Have prior experience working in a customer service position, preferably in a contact centre Be confident in using IT including Microsoft Office Be a team player with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues Be committed to upholding Saxon Weald s values Have a strong attention to detail Have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
