Job Description
Dynamic Planner is hiring a Technology Alliances Partner to sit within the Go-to-Market team. This is a newly redesigned role, previously housed in the Product team under an integrations remit. The shift reflects a strategic decision: integration activity has become increasingly customer-facing and commercial in nature, and the business needs someone who can operate at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, technical credibility, and commercial impact.
You will own the end-to-end technology alliance lifecycle — from identifying and evaluating integration partners through to co-build delivery, marketplace presence, and ongoing relationship management. While the role is more strategic and commercially oriented than its predecessor, you will still retain front-line technical support and troubleshooting responsibilities, ensuring partners and customers experience seamless integrations.
Working hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and the wider GTM organisation, you will serve as the connective tissue between what we build and how we take it to market with our partners.
Job Requirements
Required
* 5–10 years’ experience in a technology partnerships, alliances, integrations, or technical programme management role.
* Proven ability to operate the intersection of technical and commercial — comfortable in a pre-sales conversation and a technical architecture review.
* Strong understanding of the enterprise software and/or financial services technology landscape (trends, major players, buyer personas).
* Experience managing integration or co-build programmes with external technology partners.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to engage credibly with senior decision-makers (CTO, VP Product) and operational teams alike.
* Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate technical detail into commercial value and vice versa.
* Self-directed and highly organised; able to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams concurrently.
* Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on — comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day delivery.
Desirable
* Experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
* Familiarity with API-led integration patterns and marketplace onboarding processes.
* Background in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
* Experience supporting or managing certification and compliance programmes (e.g. SOC, ISO).
* Project or programme management qualification or equivalent experience.
Job Responsibilities
Ecosystem & Integration Strategy
* Define and execute the technology alliances strategy aligned to Dynamic Planner’s commercial and product roadmap.
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new integration partnerships based on customer demand, market trends, and strategic fit.
* Own the partner integration lifecycle: scoping, co-build planning, delivery coordination, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
* Build and maintaining partner ecosystem map, tracking maturity, coverage gaps, and competitive positioning.
Commercial & GTM Enablement
* Support pre-sales and customer-facing conversations where integrations are a key part of the value proposition.
* Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure integration capabilities are embedded into commercial narratives and onboarding workflows.
* Contribute to collateral, enablement materials, and technical marketing content (e.g. partner solution briefs, blog articles, webinars).
* Help shape go-to-market positioning for new integrations and co-built solutions.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technology alliance partners, building trusted relationships at both strategic (VP, CTO) and operational (Product, Engineering) levels.
* Develop and maintaing relationships within partner organisations, identifying joint opportunities and escalation paths.
* Work closely with the Head of Product, Engineering, and the wider GTM leadership to ensure alignment between partner commitments and internal capacity.
Technical Oversight & Support
* Retain ownership of front-line integration support and technical troubleshooting, acting as first responder for partner and customer integration issues.
* Coordinate with Engineering on deeper technical escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
* Manage or support onboarding of partner solutions to relevant marketplaces and platforms, including operational processes and project management.
