The position is within an already successful Residential Estate & Lettings Agency group with established local branches and an established current Managed Portfolio: the right candidate will be one who can see that this business has significant scope to be developed further and so the options and future possibilities within the role are unlimited! Previous experience in Residential Lettings is obviously essential: as is having had previous experience of running a lettings team. An understanding of Property Management, being a member of ARLA and having a good local knowledge, would all be a distinct advantage and considered as highly desirable qualities. The company are looking for a candidate who has the capacity to grow an already established business; so the right attitude, intelligence and transferable skills will be top considerations: You must be exceptionally presentable, well-spoken, enthusiastic, motivated, articulate and numerate and have a full UK driving licence.
