This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive payroll team, working with a varied portfolio of clients ranging from small family-run businesses through to larger organisations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an accurate, efficient, and high-quality payroll service while building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. This position would suit an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Day-to-day responsibilities Processing payrolls accurately and efficiently across a varied client portfolio Managing payroll calculations in line with current legislation and compliance requirements Handling Auto Enrolment duties and pension submissions Managing holiday pay calculations, statutory payments, and year-end processes Liaising directly with clients and HMRC regarding payroll queries Ensuring all payroll deadlines are consistently met Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation Supporting clients with payroll-related queries and guidance Working collaboratively within the payroll team to ensure excellent service delivery Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the department What will you bring?
